A banda Balalaika anunciou que vai encerar suas atividades em março de 2018. Não tem nenhum motivo aparente, mas pelos comentarios dos membros da banda eles aparentemente querem seguir suas carreiras sozinhos ou de formas diferentes.

No comentário oficial da banda eles anunciam que farão seu ultimo show do dia 15 de março e pedem desculpas aos fãs que sempre apoiaram a banda pelo fim repentino e dizem que é o melhor a se fazer.
